Sanjog is a matrimonial / matchmaking application intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over who are seeking a serious, marriage-minded relationship. Sanjog is not directed to children, and the creation or use of an account by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

Sanjog has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards describe how the Sanjog application (developer: Sanjog) prohibits, prevents, detects, and responds to such content and conduct on our platform, in line with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Sanjog and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities:

• Any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE).
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, text, or links.
• Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or any sexualization of a minor.
• Use of the service by, or creation of a profile depicting, any person under the age of 18.
• Trafficking, or any attempt to facilitate offline harm to a minor.

2. Age restriction and prevention

• Sanjog is rated and marketed for users 18+; the target audience is adults only.
• Accounts identified as belonging to a minor are removed.
• Our matchmaking and profile features are designed for adults seeking marriage; we do not permit content that sexualizes minors.

3. Reporting mechanism

Every user can report or block another user directly from within the Sanjog app. Reports involving suspected CSAE are prioritized. Users and members of the public may also report suspected CSAE, CSAM, or any child-safety concern directly to our Child Safety point of contact below.

4. How we respond

• We promptly review reports of suspected CSAE and remove violating content and accounts.
• We report apparent CSAM to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or applicable local law-enforcement and child-protection agencies, as required by law.
• We preserve relevant information as permitted or required by law to assist investigations.
• We take action against offending accounts, including permanent bans.

5. Legal compliance

Sanjog complies with applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions in which it operates, including India's Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and information-technology rules, and cooperates with lawful requests from child-protection authorities.
